This mould used for making pressed cheeses of different varieties, including Mimolette, Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar, Swiss Cheese, and others.

All cheese moulds have holes for draining whey. Moulds specifically designed for pressing have fewer holes, providing increased rigidity and durability to withstand high pressure. Hols are only at the mould bottom part. To use this mould, a cheese cloth is required.
